The minimum hourly wage was increased from 1 October 2015 as follows:

In April the new living wage will be introduced for anyone aged 25 or over at £7.20 per hour.( an increase of 7.5%) This will increase to £9 an hour (34.3%) by 2020. We are working with clients particularly in service industries, hotels and hospitality to start planning now for these increases.
PENALTIES FOR LATE FILING OF ACCOUNTS WITH THE REGISTRAR OF COMPANIES
Private limited companies must deliver accounts within nine months from the end of its accounting reference date.
If not the following penalties will apply:

: The above penalties are doubled for any company that files late having also filed for the previous year.
